Marcocion® P type Reactive Dyes      [ Product introdution ]

Marcocion® P type Reactive Dyes is mainly used in printing and padding process on textile containing cellulose fiber.
Product Feature :

  1. bright and brilliant colour , a wide range of chromaticity
  2. good stability in colour printing paste formulation .
  3. high build-up .
  4. excellent compatibility.
  5. good reproducibility on fabric by different steaming conditions.
  6. unfixed and residue dyes on fabric to be washed off and removed .
  7. suitable for reactive resist reactive dyes printing process .
Process :
Printing - Drying - Steaming ( baking ) - Washing
1.Printing paste formulation :

Marcocion® P type Reactive Dyes X g
Urea 5-20 g
Sodium bicarbonate 2-3 g
Resist S 1 g
Water Y g
Thickener (sodium alginate) 40-60 g
Total 100  

2.Fixation condition :

1) steaming condition : 101-103 °C for 8-10 minutes ( cotton /rayon fabric )
2) Baking condition : 150°C for 5 minutes ( cotton fabric )
3) High temperature steaming condition : 175 °C for 6-8 minutes ( blended fabric in polyester and cotton )
4) Curing condition : 190-200°C for 1 minute ( blended fabric in polyester and cotton)

3.Washing condition :
  1. cold running washing
  2. warm running washing
  3. cold running washing
