A. Dyestuff must be dissolved completely with hot water (70-80°C) which is 3-4 times the weight of the dyestuff. The concentrated solution is then cooled down by cold water.
B. As initial dye absorption is fast, the temperature must be increased slowly. Further stagewise of Glauber's Salt and Alkali is recommended.
C. The dyestuff should not be exposed to sunlight or high temperature during storage period.
MARCOZOL® SP & VS DYES CAN BE USED FOR BOTH EXHAUST DYEING AS WELL AS FOR PAD-STEAM DYEING.
A. Exhaust Dyeing:
1. Dyeing process

Especially for Marcozol Turq Blue G 150% , the dyeing temperature is 80°C
2. Chemical additions for Marcozol Exhaust Dyeing
