EMVATEX DK-TN is a kind of thickener developed especially for the reactive discharge reactive dyes printing .It owns its unique characteristic of destroying the ground colour without any negative impact on the illuminating colour fixation of reactive dyes. It can be used together with CLEANTEX D-TN for the excellent white discharge effect on medium and dark depth colour fabric.

Keys to discharge printing:

1. Marcozol^® CDR dyes is used as the dischargeable reactive dyes , Marcocion^® P dyes as the illuminating colour.
2. Marcozol^® CDR dyes is suitable for various dyeing processes such as exhaustion,padding and CPB .
3. The fixation method is that the excellent discharge effect can be got by conventionally saturated steaming plus curing after printing.

Notes:

• Excessive dose of CLEANTEX D-TN can affect reactive dyes' illuminating colour and storage stability adversely.
• Drying should be complete after discharge printing.
• Soaping must be complete and soaping temperature should be as high as possible.
• Fixation method depends on the different substrates and please make the trial to determine the process before production.
