Application Scope:
This product is a newly-developed and energy-efficient discharge printing paste suitable for the white and colour discharge printing on the silk,wool,ramie and rayon fabric.
Suitable equipments : auto-rotary screen printing machine,auto-flat screen machine and
screen printing by hand.
Chemical & Physical Properties:
Appearance: white and milky colour ,rheological paste
PH : neutral
Stability : can be compatible to the ordinary reduction agent and the electrolytic.
Storage : can be stored for over 6 months in cool and dry place at temperature of
3 ~ 35°C.
Product Benefits:
(1)can be compatible to PENELON ZW of our reduction agent with its good stability of colour paste.
(2)can be simply applied in white and colour discharge printing if PENELON ZW and pigment which can not be discharged are only added into the printing paste.

(3)Drying is necessary at 80°C for white / colour discharge printing effect by pressure machine.
For auto-rotary screen printing machine and auto-flat sreen printing machine,the
white / colour discharge of the procedure is as follows :
Printing → Drying → Steaming (102°C for 6-8min.) or Baking ( at 150 ~ 160°C for 3 min.) → Washing → Soaping → Drying.

Not only good in white discharge but also brighter in colour discharge effect after discharge printing process.The soft handfeeling and good definition of printing patterns on discharge printing fabric can be got for high-value added printing textiles .
Notes :
To avoid losing the effect of PENELON ZW during a long time storage,the discharge printing paste must be used promptly as soon as the discharge printing paste is formulated.ZW can not be combined with Rongalite.Printed fabric can not be over-dried or moisted after drying..The printed fabric should be steamed at once after printing.
