Dyed fabric for discharge printing can be dyed in Jet dyeing machine using following recipe:

(1)The dyeing should be done at temperature 105 to 110 °C only.The dyed fabric is reduction cleaned.Washed and stentered white 1% Resist salt solution.

The fabric is printed with the white discharge recipe,steamed in Loop-Ager at 170°C temperature for 7 to8 minutes .Steaming can also done is Pressure-Ager by steaming at 105 °C temperature for 30 minutes under 20 to 25 PSI pressure.

(1)Nylon fabric is dyed with acid dyes/dischargeable disperse dyes on beam dyeing/jigger dyeing machine and printed after drying with the above-mentioned recipe.

Steaming is done in Star pressure ager.Initially under live steam for 5 to 10 minutes.Then giving pressure steam to develop ground shade.
Cares to be taken while using AMADOL ZW:
1.Choking problem is solved by 1% addition of Sodium Hexa Meta Phosphate.
2.
Wash with 2 g/L of conc.HCl after printing to reduce Zinc Oxide and Zinc hydroxide. |
