2.Fixation

HT Steaming 8min,170-175oC

HTP Steaming 0.15-0.2Mpa 130 ^oC 20-30min

3.Washing Off

Cold rinse - warm wash – reduction cleaning 50 ^oC – reduction cleaning 70 ^oC – hot wash 80 ^oC – cold wash

Reduction Cleaning:

Sodium Hydrosulfite        1-2 g/l

Caustic Soda                      2 g/l

Emulsifier                            1 g/l
